Set Up Your Account(s)


If you represent a unit on campus and would like to establish social media channels for your area, please check the directory to ensure a colleague or peer has not already set up accounts for your unit, then review our Social Media Tips, ECU Social Media Guidelines and Regulations prior to setting up your account(s). Visit our Social Media Style Guide for style guidelines for the official social media accounts and social media accounts affiliated with the university.

If you would like to set up a consultation with our social media team prior to setting up your accounts to determine the best platforms for your audience and develop social media strategies, please email us at socialmedia.ecu.edu.

Once set up, please complete the registration process below.


Register Your Account(s)


If you represent a unit on campus and would like to have the social media channels in your area added to the directory, please review the ECU Social Media Guidelines and Regulations and complete the form below to register your information with the university.

The registration process will move most efficiently if you ensure your header and profile photos are on brand, not pixelated and fit properly. Visit our Social Media Style Guide for style guidelines for the official social media accounts and social media accounts affiliated with the university.

The university reserves the right to remove individual listings at any time. It is the responsibility of account holders to monitor/maintain their social media presence in a way that complies with the law and ECU policy and regulations.
